Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase (your order confirmation email).

To start a return, contact us at nexaclipstore@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How returns work
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, most issues are resolved without requiring you to ship the item back to us. In most cases, once your return request is approved, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement based on the photos and details you provide. If a physical return is required for your specific case, we will provide instructions and a return address at that time.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or items damaged due to misuse.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for your current item, and once approved, place a new order for the item you'd like.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've reviewed your return request and let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
